Most of us get stuck in a day to day rut of eating the same foods over and over again. Some reach for a banana others for an apple but are you getting the most you can out of your fruit consumption? There is good reason to chop up your daily banana and mix it up.
It’s called synergy. You don’t just get a wider variety of nutrients by eating more fruits. Those nutrients actually work together to produce even more powerful health benefits than any single fruit could alone. Think of it like compounding interest — but with fruit!
This fruit salad is amazingly simply to make it all you need is fruit, honey and a lime! The key to this salad is to make sure that all of your fruit is perfectly ripe.
